Services
I am pleased to provide professional consulting services to you. I am a bilingual professional certified professional Integral Coach TM with experience coaching executive leaders on a wide range of leadership topics. In this capacity, I have designed and delivered coaching programs based on the developmental themes of importance to the individual and their organization.
In addition, as a Senior Executive (Director General )within the Government of Canada for the past ten years, I have led and participated in many transformative initiatives. In this capacity, I have mentored and coached numerous employees at various levels including the executive and minus one/two levels.
Motivated by creating a healthy and productive workplace, I have designed and co-authored the departmental strategic mental health framework, I have also held workshops on the development of a civility charter that outlined the key elements along with the on/off track behaviours. This became the key document that outlined the desired culture.
I hold two professional coaching certifications issued by Integral Coaching Canada. I am currently enrolled in the Master Coaching Module provided by Integral Coaching Canada . My educational background includes a Master’s (Education, Queen’s University) with thesis on Daily Realities of First Nations Students Attending School Off the Territory and BA (Psychology, University of Ottawa) graduating magna cum laude.
